Refund & Return Policy

TitanTune Euro wants you to be happy with your order. Because our parts are made to order by overseas suppliers, please read this policy before you buy.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all hardware and accessories.

How to Request a Return

Email sales@titantuneeuro.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, the reason, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back with tracking and send us the tracking number.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Do not ship items to the address on the shipping label or packaging, as that is not a return address.

Return Shipping

The customer pays return shipping, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not the item ordered. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Inspect your order on arrival. Report damage from shipping, defects, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery by emailing photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Parts that have been installed, test-fitted with hardware, modified, cut, drilled, painted, wrapped, or coated
Items missing original packaging, hardware, or accessories
Items damaged through improper installation or use

Fitment

Confirming fitment is the customer's responsibility. We strongly encourage you to email your VIN before ordering so we can check fitment. If we confirmed fitment for your VIN in writing and the part does not fit your vehicle, we will cover return shipping. Minor adjustments are normal for aftermarket parts and are not considered a fitment failure.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, before the order is sent to our supplier for production. After that, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return under this policy once delivered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
