These Terms of Service govern your use of titantuneeuro.com (the "Site"), operated by TitanTune Euro, Arizona, USA. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Our products are aftermarket parts made to order by third-party suppliers. Photos are for illustration; colors, carbon fiber weave, and finish may vary slightly. Aftermarket parts may require minor adjustment to fit.

3. No Manufacturer Affiliation

TitanTune Euro is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer. Brand and model names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe fitment.

4. Fitment, Installation and Use

You are responsible for confirming that a product fits your vehicle; we encourage you to send your VIN before ordering. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Installing and using aftermarket parts is at your own risk. Modifications may affect your vehicle's factory warranty, insurance, or inspection status. You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws, including emissions, noise, lighting, and safety rules. Steering wheel products are designed to reuse your original airbag and must be installed correctly by a qualified installer.

5. Pricing and Errors

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, even after it is confirmed. We may limit or refuse any order.

6. Payment

Payment is due at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

7. Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any problem with an order, please contact us first at sales@titantuneeuro.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We will provide order, shipping, and communication records to your payment provider in response to any dispute.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitanTune Euro and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including damage to your vehicle, labor or installation costs, or loss of use, arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TitanTune Euro harmless from claims arising from your installation or use of products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

12. Site Use and Content

You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, or copy its content without permission. Site content is owned by TitanTune Euro or its licensors.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
