Shipping Policy

Processing

Most of our parts are made to order. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days and then sent to production and shipping.

Delivery Times

Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks from the date of order. Times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Orders may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. Large items such as hoods, bumpers, and exhaust systems may ship by freight carrier.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. International shipping may be available on request; email sales@titantuneeuro.com before ordering for a quote. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control, but we will help you track down your order and work with the carrier.

Lost Packages

If your tracking has shown no updates for 30 days, email us with your order number and we will open a claim and work toward a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us right away if you need to correct it.

Important Product Information

  • Carbon fiber: Carbon fiber is hand-laid, so weave pattern and finish vary slightly from piece to piece and from product photos. This is normal and not a defect.
  • Fitment: Aftermarket parts may need minor adjustment to fit. Professional installation is recommended.
  • Exhausts: Our exhaust systems are cat-back and retain the factory catalytic converters. Customers are responsible for making sure any modification complies with the emissions, noise, and vehicle laws in their state. Some products may be intended for off-road or competition use only where stated.
  • No affiliation: Our products are aftermarket parts and are not made, sponsored, or approved by any vehicle manufacturer. Brand and model names are used only to describe fitment.
